Motty Vogel
Director
Having cut his teeth in the accounting and finance world in California and London, and later qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, co-founder Motty combines his love of numbers with his passion for technology.
Motty gets a real kick out of using tech to simplify processes and cut out manual tasks, which is an ideal obsession to have as he fulfils his day-to-day roles leading tech, finance and ops.
A passionate family man with a taste for the extreme, Motty counts snowboarding and wakeboarding amongst his hobbies.
Osh Raskin

An alumni from JETS School Los Angeles, co-founder Osh first took his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen into retail arbitration as a stepping stone to get him to where he is today: the private label space.
Osh loves developing unique products and attributes a lot of Redfits’ success to the team’s ability to dare to dream bigger. His curiosity, passion and drive see him perfectly suited to his day-to-day roles leading product, sales and marketing.
You’ll always find Osh singing the loudest on birthdays, and he’s rather persuasive when it comes to organising company bike rides, too!
Mark Drummond
Head of Marketplace
With 25 years retail experience across functions including marketing, e-commerce trading, sourcing, purchasing and merchandising for businesses including Hamleys, Argos Retail Group and Firebox, Mark leads a multinational team to deliver sales growth and commercial KPI’s.
Mark loves the ability to move quickly, make changes and take advantage of market conditions, which makes Redfits the perfect place for a guy like him.
Matt Herzog
B2B Manager
Matt pivoted a career in property lettings and management to join the fast-paced world of wholesale. He’s the driving force behind our B2B sales and marketing and has gotten us onto the shelves of retailers worldwide. Matt’s passion lies in putting our products directly into the hands of our customers, and he loves meeting them too.
His other passion, we must admit, is our ping pong table, which is where you’ll find him most lunch breaks!
Jason Heller
Head of Supply Chain
Born into a retailing family, Jason has over 25 years experience working for some of the UK & Canada's most prominent multi channel and category leading retailers, as well as specialist DTC businesses.
He has an extensive background both sourcing & growing brands and product ranges, alongside developing operational, logistics and supply chain strategies and process.
If you catch him outside of work, he is an adventurous traveller, snowboarder and mountain fan - an avid lover of hot yoga and Barnet football club (the least healthy of his hobbies and one which he is as yet unable to convince his family to follow).
Chris Pearce
Head of Finance
No surprises here that Chris is all about ensuring effective and efficient financial management within the company, and with over 20 years as an FCMA qualified professional and experience in the wholesale, retail and e-commerce industries, he brings a lot to the table.
Chris loves to travel and has an appetite for learning new things. He enjoys being a part of our close-knit team and is especially passionate about our afternoons out playing golf!
